This house looks just like the pictures actually better once u get inside. The host is amazing he respond back quickly. The amenities in the house are amazing all the way down to having flat irons for the girls hair. Plenty of blankets and so much space. The beds are very comfortable and the game room is amazing. My son loved all the floats and balls for the pool, and the whole family enjoyed the Ms. PacMan game!! The owners replied and communicated very effectively. This property had everything we needed and some! There were pool floaties, lots of space for our family of 9 to hang out in to celebrate our 1 and 4 year olds birthdays. We had a blast going to Peppa pig theme park which was 40 mins away and a fun time for the family! We would definitely book this place again, plus the hosts were so gracious!! We absolutely loved this house! There was plenty of room for our preteen & teen kids, my dad and us to all stay comfortably. The house was in pristine condition. And there were even more thoughtful amenities than listed (potty seat, swimmies for babies, strollers) that I wished I had found this place many years ago! Everything was exactly like the listing, which made the whole stay feel easy and stress-free from the start.The house was SO clean and smelled amazing when we walked in. It was very comfortable, and I loved the little touches like the calming sound machines and the local info on the TVs. It made it feel extra welcoming.The pool and hot tub were definitely our favorite part. After a long day at SeaWorld, it was the perfect way to come back, relax, and unwind.Communication with the hosts was also great. Everything was smooth and easy the entire time.No complaints at all. We've just come back from 3 days at The Citrus Splash house, and I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. We've been to Florida many times, and always been impressed by the quality of the accommodation - and this house was fantastic. First of all Raquel was super helpful in providing all the information we needed and was always on hand to answer any questions we had before we got there, making the whole process super easy. The check in process was very straightforward and the house itself is on a lovely quiet development. When we arrived the house was spotless, and Raquel had very kindly done a beautiful basket of Easter goodies for the kids which they were over the moon with. Plus a bottle of wine and some goodies for the adults! The bedrooms, lounge and kitchen all felt very new. The beds were comfy and there are plenty of amenities in the kitchen to allow you to cook (plus blender, airfryer, coffee maker). Everything was extremely well looked after. The pool was a great size and having it heated was a god send, as it was a little chilly and rainy when we were there - so it meant that the kids could enjoy it regardless of the weather. The heated hot tub/spa was also a great touch - the adults spent a lot of time in there in the evening with a cold glass of wine! There were lovely sun loungers, plus a few pool toys and floaties for the kids to use. 2 great size TV's in the lounge areas with all the tv channels, meaning we could log in to our own accounts and watch what we wanted. If you are a family looking for a fabulous space to stay whilst doing the Orlando trip then you won't be disappointed with The Citrus Splash - there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a very short drive, and the parks are not too far away. This was by far our favorite Airbnb we have stayed at. Cleanliness is always my main concern when booking and Michael & Raquel’s home exceeded my expectations. It was the cleanest rental we have ever rented. They go above and beyond to ensure not only an extremely clean home but more than enough essentials for your stay. I even came across little swimmers. This quiet neighborhood is a perfect stay with the family if you’re spending a few days in Florida. It’s a very short drive from all of the parks, and you can always find something fun to do within an hour away. There are many delicious food options only five minutes away varying from breakfast to dinner. Our hosts were wonderful and accommodating with immediate responses to any questions at any time. The home itself was beautiful and had many great activities to do around the house. I would recommend the heated pool if you’re staying in the winter months as we did, it added an entire new experience while during our stay. Overall we had a wonderful home, hosts and great time.
